Educational technology is "the study and ethical practice of facilitating learning and improving performance by creating, using, and managing appropriate technological processes and resources".

Educational technology is the use of both physical hardware and educational theoretics. It encompasses several domains, including learning theory, computer-based training, online learning, and, where mobile technologies are used, m-learning. Accordingly, there are several discrete aspects to describing the intellectual and technical development of educational technology

Electronics training is using electronical technology namely computers, cell phone and other similar tools to learn and to study. Therefore, A proper learning and studying is a mutual and interactive process between teacher and a learner.

So Electronic training includes two main parts namely educational content and educational interaction. Electronical learning and training is used tools and electronical technology.

Web based teaching is offerd in two basic ways: Synchronous and asynchronous education.






The MUMS E-learning system is an online learning management system (LMS) Which has provided, since 2008, over 1000 online courses and sessions through the university’s virtual learningcenter, all in accordance with virtual contents standards for text, video, interactive, and educational atlases. Currently, this system has over 8000 active users, and thanks to the examination hall which is well equipped for online exams and with collaboration of the MUMS technology center for providing the required software and hardware infrastructures, the system has successfully conducted 38 online exams for more than 500 students in computer-based electronic assessment format.

Virtual Training Center is the producer of expert academic content for college students in multimedia.
